Vicky is amazing! She does my dip manicure and she is always in a happy mood. When I'm getting my nails done with her, it flies by so quick. She always does a great job and she always makes sure you are happy with your nails. I'll be seeing her this Saturday.

I am VERY picky when it comes to my nails and I haven't found a place that will do a good job or how I like them. I came across Left Bank Nails on Google and they had great reviews, so I decided to try them out. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and seated right away. The manager is the sweetest man and never stopped moving. He was busy the entire time taking care of customers- getting drinks and anything else they wanted. Darcy did my nails and she did a FANTASTIC job to say the least. Every nail is an even length and shaped to match the others. Darcy took her time and my nails turned out exactly how they looked in the photo I provided to her. I will NEVER go to another nail salon or another nail tech again... Left Bank Nails is my home nail salon now. I am so glad I found them!! 5 Stars for Darcy and this awesome salon & great customer service!

I'm working temporarily here so I thought I'd give them a try due to all the good reviews I saw, right when you walk in this place is enormous and elegantly styled and the staff were all so cute wearing black and red Christmas attire! Generally speaking from my interactions their staff was super friendly and accommodating, managers came to check on everyone, they spoke good English too if anyone cares to know (I don't mind but I know some people thats a make it or break it \u200d) I also tried something new which is their powder dip versus usual shellac gel and I'm not disappointed amazing job and vibes. Definitely coming again for my next self love day which is not often LOL

This place is well managed when it comes to customer service. However, referencing to pedis, I felt as if the service was cut short. It did not meet the minute expectation. Also, I asked for a simple design on one toe nail and it was not fulfilled. I also asked for a manicure in conjuction to the pedicure, I was not given that opportunity. I was given the excuse that they were busy. However, there was maybe 5 customers In the spa. Also, i payed for one pedicure with a tip. I was charged double. Never coming back to this place and not recommending this to friends, family.

Been goin here for over a year now an they were been very carefull with the pandemic until recently i schedule an appointment on saturday an the place was packed full not one empty space ppl everywere i felt so unsafe im not coming back
