We lived here for about a year. Everything was fine, nothing particularly special or bad about it. But then I got a call saying that the Legacy had sent me to collections. I never received an email, letter or any notice whatsoever that I owed them anything. I understand it needed to be paid but a notice before taking a drastic step would have been nice after having been good tenants for a year.

Lived here 6 months. The front office is SO helpful and always available. Zero issues, great location, great property. Can’t wait to use the beautiful pool this summer! Oh, and the garbage pick up is the best.

I lived in these apartments for approximately six years, always paid rent, never any problems on my end. When I moved in, the staff was like family, always kind and willing to help. When I moved out two weeks ago and had to cancel my lease early (bought a house), the staff would not even consider any kind of break on the lease cancellation fee, and when I moved out, charged me 40 to emove\ a shower curtain I had mistakenly left behind. On December 4, they sent me the bill with the lease cancellation fee and the shower curtain emoval\ fee. Today, they send me a threatening email saying they are taking me to collections to collect their fees because I haven't had the chance to pay them. Most complexes give you at last thirty days to pay off any remaining balance. I certainly don't appreciate this attitude, disrespect, and these types of threats from a community where I lived and paid rent every month for nearly six years, and a community I referred friends and colleagues to. Not to mention the trash compactor is ALWAYS broken, leading to mountains of trash by the back gate. This complex is a decent place to live considering the other options in Ridgeland, but they certainly don't treat you with any respect anymore. I'd stay away.

We drove through here and the roads are bad and trash was everywhere. Hope they fix it.

The management is great here. The apartments are recently renovated and are very nice. The amenities at this complex are also very nice. Only problem is the price. For an apartment the rent is a little on the high side. It is a great community to live in. All of my neighbors are nice and the neighborhood is very family oriented. The parking lot needs some serious work. It pools water when it rains and is very unlevel. Maintenance is amazing. If you need something fixed it is usually done next day and sometimes even day of. The apartments are equiped with alarm systems and the community is gated. It definitely makes the complex feel safer to live in. The complex has issues with water lines breaking and they end up having to shut off water to the entire property, which is very inconvenient. Despite the small issues, I have had a great experience here.
