Credit score 730. Make 60k a year. Nothing against my credit except a 500 medical bill. No bad renter history. Application declined. No exceptions offered or alternatives. Absolutely crazy. They really did lose out on me tho, even tho I know they have other customers.. I always pay my bills on time. The medical charge is because I'm waiting for an hsa deposit from my employer at the beginning of this year. So I'm sure they are great for most people. Absolutely felt disrespected for no reason with my experience. I would have paid a deposit and first / last months rent... Wasn't given the option for that either. They said I could drive back in to get a copy of my credit report because they refused to give me the reason over the phone. 250 wasted in application fees. Time to go meditate as to avoid how angry this would be making me otherwise.... Good luck to everyone else. It seems like a really nice place.

I’ve only been here since October (so it’s been two months). Overall, my experience has been positive. The grounds are nicely kept. I walk the community often and feel very safe. The neighbors I currently have are very friendly and there’s a nice diversity of folks from all over the U.S. Parking can be rough in the later evening (that’s one of my biggest issues), but it’s not terrible. Other than that, there’s a select few that are not picking up after their dog in the grassy areas, which is pretty annoying; there’s plenty of doggy bags (free), and trash canisters to use for clean up. But again, the overall experience has been good.

It’s in decline. Parking is a problem. Lights are out, no decor except the clubhouse, too many large dogs where lease states no dogs over 40 pounds, perks promised not delivered. Still waiting for refrigerator to be fixed/replaced. Management needs corporate to supply what they need rather than raise rents steadily without maintaining the higher standards of 4 years ago. Repaving needs to be done as well. Amenities by the pool not working. Too many newer apartments in the area now to keep tenants long term. Kitchens need updating for sure. The location is beautiful, but high standards are gone.

The walls are extremely thin so you can hear everything going on in the apartments around you. If you have a complaint or issue don’t expect it to be resolved right away. The trash valet comes as they please sometimes at 3 in the morning to run the compacter while you’re trying to sleep. The price is astronomical considering the quality of the apartment and the maintenance of the property. The area is decent and the amenities are great but for what we pay it doesn’t feel worth it. The turnaround in the leasing office is crazy too. Once you get used to a set of staff someone has left again. All around not my first choice in apartments.

Fiancé and I are looking for a new apartment. We drove into this place because it said online it would be open. Arrived at the property and the door was locked with no notification of any kind. Their own signage said open Saturday 10-5. We arrived before 4 pm. There was nothing indicating any altered hours or anything of the sort. We finally saw someone who appeared to work here. We waived indicating we were there. We stayed back a moment because we saw they were on the phone . We approached the door again to find it was locked again. Rather unsavory feeling. I can only imagine the difficulty residents face if people who want to move there are left wondering.
