My son is a Lego FANATIC so we brought him for his birthday. This place is PRICEY but he did have a lot of fun. There's lots to look at but also several places to build independently, carnival type rides, jungle gyms for the kids to climb and slide down from, and the family's favorite was the 4D movie feature. Lego fans will love this place but even those who aren't fanatics will have a good time too.

Best customer service and experience we've received in a long while. The employees genuinely act like they enjoy being there and interacting with the kids and families. Lots to do and see. Can't go wrong if you have kids.

Great to spend time with kids. Kids love it. Price is reasonable. Activities for kids are fun. I would recommend going with family’s and kids.

For what you get the price is not worth it. What they have "open" versus what isn't open doesn't make any sense. Very small and if they don't have the outside open, there really isn't much to do. Our two girls were able to do every attraction in less than an hour and ready to move on because "this wasn't that fun". The only reason I gave it an extra star is because they did enjoy the 4D movies

Amazing experience. Joe was awesome. He took the time to tell us all about the mini city. He made us feel very taken care of just like the rest of the staff. Highly recommend taking your kids there because it is a lot of fun.

I had to select a time slot for my tickets when I got there it was extremely crowded so what was the point of the time slot ?? disorganized and extremely hot need some ventilation in that place!! And lastly the staff they acted like they didn't wanna be there rushed there directions and we're all VERY RUDE Except one manager who had a button up and bow tie on. They still try to make u wear a mask and when I pulled mine away from my face to talk to my daughter a cashier with orange hair screamed across the store at me she's lucky she didn't get cussed out sad I wasted money on a dual pass hope the aquarium is much better. I've been to other Legolands before this one is not where's it's at.

Can't say how disappointed I was, BUT this was in the remnants of covid lockdown so I probably should have expected less... that said and I understand business want to get back and going... not one place I visited was clear about to what level covid affected operations.. ex Lego land..at least half the build areas were closed but thw price was the same as if fully open
