TERRIBLE SERVICE! If I could leave negative stars I would. I ordered tires two weeks ago and had them shipped to this store to be put on. For reference, my tires are bald so I really need them to be put on ASAP. When I ordered, I scheduled an appointment and received a confirmation from the store confirming my appointment. Got to my appointment, waited for more than an hour in their dingy waiting area only to be told that they didn’t even have my tires. The girl told me she would call me later that day to let me know when I should come back to have them installed. Got a call four days later saying I could come in. I was sick, so I couldn’t. I called this morning (Saturday) to schedule an appointment for next week. To my surprise, I was told that I could bring my car in today and they would install them. I was thrilled! Came over about 45 minutes later and their door was locked. Waited in the rain for someone to come unlock it. They brought my car in and gave me the impression they could put on my tires. 10 minutes later the guy comes back and says they don’t do work on Saturday and he doesn’t know why someone told me they do. So now I have to take more of my time to come back a THIRD time to HOPEFULLY get my tires put on. Their service is completely ridiculous and I will never be coming back, and will tell everyone I know to avoid this place as well. If you need tire service, go somewhere else.
I visited Auto 1 Tires for a full alignment service on a high-end sports sedan. These are the only guys I trusted besides a certified Lexus service center. Their equipment is cutting edge/top of the line and the technicians are efficient and knowledgeable. I love having the peace of mind that my car is in good, competent hands and I don’t mind only paying 1/3 of the price the dealership charges. Highly recommend!
