Great pet friendly hotel option. Near the highway, but I couldn't hear it in my room despite being one room down from the end. Room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable, they had a pretty regular breakfast despite COVID that I was able to take back to my room. Would stay here again.

Wonderfully comfortable beds and pillows! Staff was very nice and helpful. Lots of nearby stores and restaurants. I honestly enjoyed my stay. However... the room is a bit run down. Broken trim and worn furniture. Not a bad deal. The big deal was the black mold in the bathroom. Major health concern especially in this day and age of lung issues.
This is SUCH AN AMAZING PLACE!! We have stayed here for 2 nights and the staff here has been so good to us. Juan at the front desk has been extremely helpful and the room was so clean when we got here and when we got back the second day. Thank you for all you do Management, Juan and Staff at BEST WESTERN TIMPANOGOS INN! We really appreciate ALL you do! The Lopez Family
It was nice and clean except the pool could of been cleaner. All and all the staff was polite and helpful

I don't recommend this place to anyone just to write a review I have to give here a star otherwise they deserve negative stars. If you're carrying valuable items with you this place is not good at all to stay because if by chance you forget your any thing at there Hotel or someone stole it they don't have any CCTV cameras to find out (except reception) By mistake i forgot my beats audio headphones in there dining area and someone stole it from there. They didn't help me to find out who took it from there they just make excuses we don't have cameras at that area but their repection camera covers the entrance of that area . I requested to check recording of reception camera again excuses we don't have access only our manager and our manager will contact you. Next day their assistant manager again she start making excuses I don't have access my General manager have access so I can't help you and she knows that my check out is on Sunday so she said my G. M come on Monday . At checkout time I requested reception staff please provide me Email or contact of your General manager but she refused to give me any information she just said they will contact you and no-one contact me till yet.
Good location. Great for pups with a nice lawn. Quiet enough. Pleasant staff.
We were in route to another location to meet family. This was an overnight stay during covid restrictions. The room was very clean and even had a refreshed smell. The breakfast is a modified sack breakfast due to the covid restrictions but was still too.
