Not impressed. Customer service was awful. The 3 stars was for the guy who helped us with our fishing licenses. No help in the fishing gear department. Even worse in the shoe department. Not once did anyone ask us if they could help us. The 2 employees in shoes were much more interested in their conversations than helping. Masks? Sadly, have all employees wear them or not but don't put signs out front requiring patrons to.

I always love Cabela's. I spend most of my time in the fishing lure section. It's always fun to see the fish tanks. This particular trip offered some great deals on shoes and a 10.00 vest.
The customer service and professionalism has significantly dropped at this location. Employees would ask if we needed any help. After we said no they would follow us around their department. The few employees we talked to kept taking their masks off. My wife works with front line workers and can't afford to get sick. The prophet may not have said anything but that doesn't mean people can't use their brains. Especially when a sign is out front declaring the state mask mandate. Still managers are walking around without masks. Additionally, the parking lot was trashy. We saw a plate full of cinnamon rolls set in the middle of a parking spot with a drink nearby. All of this may have been near closing and everyone was tired, but tired doesn't mean your brain stops working. We won't be visiting this store again any time soon.
Wish it was more like the old days. Covid has taken it's toll. Still a good place to shop.
They’ve got most everything outdoors wise. Came here to get a few things for my upcoming camping trip and they had it all. Albeit a bit pricey (could find a few things online for a bit cheaper) but that’s the price you pay for convenience. I’ll definitely be coming back here for future needs. Staff was awesome in pointing me in the right directions to certain items and even recommended a few things in place of the items I had in mind.
Went in looking for the Trout Magnet kits that are featured on YouTube very prominently... Not only did we find them in stock as well as the separate jig heads,,, but the price was on par with any of the mail order places that we could find including Amazon. So satisfying to walk out of the store and not have to wait for shipping.. people in the fishing department we're very helpful and easy to find which was very nice....
Cabellas is just an awesome place in general to go to since a lot of other places have been closed or shut down and is a fun place to take the family. They have a nice big aquarium on the south west corner of the building and they have a display on the north was side of the building. The staff there is generally friendly and knowledgeable
We found everything we needed easily and we went to check out. The lady behind the register had a sassy attitude and was rude overall. My brother had checked out his items and she asked if he had a phone number with them. He replied no (we are from out of state, visiting family) and she rolled her eyes, and made a face that was painted with annoyance. I then checked out my items and she asked if I had a number with them, again, we are here visiting family so I said no. She said "of course not." in a very rude manner and as we left the register she looked at my brother and I and said "Have a good day, don't be coming back here"
