This place seems to be a decent option to build and buy a home. There are two significant strikes against it though. The first is the proximity to the mink farm directly east of the development. There are rumors that the mink farm is moving, but...the owner is entrenched in many ways. The second are the powerlines. Whether you believe there are health risks associated with living near high voltage lines or not , they are still an eyesore and the low buzz isn't always pleasant. The homes seem comparable to what is being built elsewhere. Some lots are small. There is a trail and some open spaces directly north and north-east. Easy access to Pioneer Crossing and Lehi Main Street. With 2300 West getting busier all the time, additional traffic control will probably come into play.
