If I could give it “0 “stars I would . I had an appointment last Friday morning for a root canal. It was confirmed by a text that I should arrive at 7:00 am They proceeded to do paperwork , X-rays, ( which I have since found out most were not necessary) etc. when I got to the chair the “ dentist” explained to me everything I had already been told . Then said I was 40 minutes late .. my appointment was at 7:00 & it was now 7:40. He did not have time to do the work as it would throw the rest of his schedule off for the day . He could do half , I could come back the following Friday for the rest . Or he could give me antibiotics to help with the swelling & pain, infection . But either way I would be in pain . I couldn’t believe it. In all my years I have never been treated so rudely. The office staff saiid it was the fault of my referring dentist that I wasn’t told to come early . Even though the confirmation text clearly said 7:00. One of the girls admitted that perhaps she should have said something in our texts, but quickly back stepped and in other words bare no responsibility. I found the “ dentist” , J.Smith ( it says on my antibiotics bottle) to be cold, rude, and uncaring. It was if I had a paper cut rather than a much needed root canal. I wouldn’t take a lizard to them . I can’t get this off ... the review is for the Riverton office. I have never been to this office . I am so sorry for the mix up ... they do not deserve this review

Dr. Casper took the time to listen to me and made me feel comfortable during the procedure. He did an excellent job at numbing my mouth in multiple places that I didn’t even feel. I’d recommend Dr. Casper to anyone.
