If you are looking to get in the best shape of your life, Core Fit Studio is the place! The trainers are well qualified, motivating and experienced in helping you achieve your goals, whether it’s losing weight, getting more fit, help with your diet and choosing the right food, Maria and her staff are there to help you! The gym and other amenities are always clean and it’s not stuffy and loud like other gyms. I have been totally impressed and it’s so worth the drive from Draper. I’d give the place 10 stars if I could!

Corefit is a clean, well-run gym. The exercise circuits change each day so you get a full-body workout, but each exercise involves the core. For example, lifting while standing on a bosu ball. Maria, the owner, is an excellent trainer. She’s motivating and kind. She also makes the best healthy cookies! Try the pumpkin chocolate chip. I highly recommend checking this place out. Currently they have a 30-day boot camp for 50 that includes nutrition coaching, workout classes and more. It’s a great intro to the gym.

Started with the 30 day challenge and will be staying for so many other reasons. Maria made it pretty much fool proof. Follow her guidance and you will be on the fast track to success. I started out not knowing how much gluten and dairy was wrecking my body. She’s helped me eliminate those out of my diet and has given me avenues to not feel like I’m missing out on the “fun foods”. Give yourself the chance you deserve. You deserve to feel better. You deserve to fuel your body the way it’s meant to be. I’m so grateful for the guidance and family feeling I get from Core Fit.

I highly recommend Core Fit. I have never really been to a gym in my life. Maria has created an atmosphere where anyone can feel comfortable. Maria and my trainer have helped me to feel comfortable and at home when working out at the gym. I have been going for 3 months now and feel like I am in my twenties again!

This is a great place to go and work out in a more low-key, intimate setting. The workers are super helpful and the owner has done a great job at documenting all of the workouts and walking through them with you via videos or in-person. The smoothies and cookies are also super tasty and good for you too!

I have completed the 30 day program and it was amazing! I recommend it to everyone! I haven’t felt this good in a long time. I love working out at Core Fit! It doesn’t feel like a ‘meat market’ it is a safe place to work out and stay motivated to be fit and healthy! Maria is an incredible human! If you are looking to step up your health... I absolutely recommend Core Fit Studios and totally do the 30 day program! It’s so worth it!
