This place is great, especially if you like a quick workout. Facility is clean, every machine is sanitized after every person and 6 foot distance is observed. Owner, staff and members are all great to work out with. If you have the time you can work out longer than the 30 minutes. I often end up doing a double workout as do many of the members. Highly recommend this place.

Wish the music was better. Other than that it’s a full body work out in just 30 min! Perfect for moms who have kiddos and need to be in and out quickly.
I needed to get in better shape and this has been a great place to work out and very friendly.
This a fantastic environment! Annette the owner is so sweet and amazing! Definitely found my favorite gym!
Very low stress gym. The clientele is most older ladies but they are great. Nothing fancy, just weight machines. This place is not for the serious athlete but is a nice place to stay healthy.
