This is the absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had. I reserved a king they gave me two doubles - what? "All sold out" what ever happened to guaranteed booking? The whole place reeked of pot. The smoke detectors were covered in plastic bags so patrons could smoke weed in the non smoking rooms. Everything was filthy I'm surprised I didn't catch covid. Maybe I did and just don't know it yet. I called the management they said talk to the lowly desk manager. Desk manager said he could do nothing. Horrible. Do not stay here unless your filthy tolerance is high.

Will never stay here again. We booked our room online, it said nothing about the 35 per pet fee, it only said that they welcome animals. The pet deposit is non refundable. The room smelled like weed and was dirty. It looked like a blood stain on the blankets and the mirror was broken. Horrible stay. Would have been better sleeping in my car. Don't stay here.

Very rude establishment poorly customer service. The dog was playing with a glass meth pipe that was under one of the beds, the hair dryer falls off the wall. There was paint all over the floors and in the hallway. People kept coming and going all hr. Of the night doing drug deal's, and you can smell the weed smoke in the hallway. The pool was so strong with chloride that the PH balance was bad. There was food left in the microwave oven. The hot water was piss warm. And then to top it all off They tried to charge me two dollars for a washcloth. And all he could say was it's cool man.

I stayed here nearly a year, and the management is great. Be careful though, if you use hair color and dry yourself with their white towels...they make you pay for them! Otherwise a great place to stay.

Staff is horrible.. Rude the GM is quick to yell at people for any reason and I was charged extra for a towel my wife used to wipe her eye make-up off with? What a joke Take the extra 15 minute travel to motel6 it's the same price and the location is unusually nice

DO NOT STAY HERE! Got a dirty room when I checked in. They put us into another room and I got charged for a stained towel tht we didn’t even do. Like are you serious. Total rip-off. Better off at a different hotel.

Avoid this place at all cost! I had to get Wyndham corporate involved and FINALLY got my money refunded as well as a free night at any Wyndham property. I walked in and immediately noticed the front desk manager (refused to give me his real name) was not wearing a mask per Wyndham corporate policy. I asked for a room on the ground floor since I have a disability. The rude guy said there was nothing on the ground and I could look at a second floor room to make sure it worked for me, but that I had to pay for the room to look at it. I took the luggage trolley with my small dog in a crate and a bag and went up there. As soon as I walked in, the room had a very foul smell. I also noticed red stains on the carpet and black hairs in the bed. Then, I heard the luggage trolley being taken away. I immediately went down stairs and noticed a different guy (name was Tau) also not wearing a mask. I said the room would not work and I wanted to leave. He then very rudely said, “the manager will decide if you get your money back.” I called the next day and this same manager was even more rude, saying I was trying to scam the hotel. Further, he said I was being charged an extra 50 for “inconvenience” for taking the luggage cart and them having to come get it. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I never asked you to get the luggage cart and I was going to bring it right back down! That was YOUR a choice to grab the cart. So 10 days later and several calls to Wyndham corporate (who’s customer service isn’t much better) refunded the full price and gave me a free night at a Wyndham property. So yea, avoid this chain at all costs! Especially Days Inn Lehi!
