Not impressed at all. Very sloppy. I work about 5 blocks down the street from them, which is basically a fifteen minute walk, and It took them about two hours to deliver a pizza to where I was working. Two hours for Something that was fifteen minutes away. And when it finally arrived, it was burnt. It was just... disappointing.

I have generally liked this location but lately they have forgotten how to actually cut a pizza. I can deal with it not being even, but in my case it didn't go all the way through. Not a problem tonight since I was bringing it back home but last week was nearly as bad and we took it took a park for a little family picnic. Lots of random torn pieces that day.
Tonight’s curbside pickup order was a little disappointing. The pizza had not been cut all the way through, so it would tear unevenly when you grab a slice, making a messy and unsanitary situation trying to tear it with your fingers at the park. The garlic knots were very small, about the girth of my pinky all the way around - not like the usual experience we enjoy from the Eagle Mountain location. These are solvable issues issues for management, hope they listen.
Had unfortunately really pretty bad luck with this store. Have tried 3 times now. First 2 times were during the day for lunch - order tracker said around 30-45 minutes. An hour later nothing. Twice got the "Hey that didn't go how we wanted email, here's a coupon for a free pizza." After the second order taking more than an hour decided to take a break for a while from Domino's. Tried again tonight. Order at 8.05ish, thinking dinner rush is likely over. Won't experience the same issues as lunch orders. 9.15 - still no order. I decide to call the store to see what's up. Driver must've delivered to the wrong address - as "It was delivered." Nope. Never got it. They can't refund it as the driver is off the clock until tomorrow. But they can remake it, offer a credit or refund tomorrow. I try and be as understanding as I can, but after 3 times of over an hour for delivery and this one I don't even get my order? Edit: Call back at 9.55 and the automated system says that the order just came out of the oven. Not sure what I was expecting. Talk to the manager and cancel the remake for a refund. After 3 times of poor service I don't think its worth a 4th try.
We asked for a drawing of dog on a narwhal and they did not disappoint. Highly recommend ordering from them! Super fun and great service!
I am not one to normally provide negative reviews. I try to give the benefit of the doubt and be reasonable. Unfortunately, this Domino's location has left me no other option beyond making this post to make the public aware. This evening, I placed an order online. I was informed that my order would be delivered within 25 to 35 minutes. After the order was not received after close to 90 minutes, I called the store to inquire. The employee and store manager I spoke with were not all too interested in rectifying the situation. An apology for the inconvenience was never offered. When I specifically asked what this store would do to make the matter right, I was offered a 20% coupon off my next order at regular menu price. That is an offer that is already available on Domino's website. After being placed on hold, I spoke with the manager, who seemed inconvenienced to be having to speak with me. The only explanation I was given was that the store did not anticipate the volume of orders and that they were short-staffed. While I am understanding of such, why couldn't this store notify me of such prior to ordering or give me an update on its own volition? After some additional haggling, the store's manager reluctantly agreed to not charge me for the order. It's now been more than two hours, and my order just arrived. Needless to say, I will not be giving any future business to this Domino's location.
Ordered carry out online at 5:13 pm. The tracker said order would be complete at 5:43 to 5:53 pm. Arrived at the store at 5:51 pm. Gave them my name for the order. And she told me it would be 20 to 30 minutes before the order was complete. I told her that was unacceptable. And to cancel my order. I wasted gas going to pick up the 5 pizzas. And got nothing. This is my first bad experience with this dominos. I’ll give them one more shot before they get put on the banned list.
This location has gone downhill quick. Used to be great and consistent quality and cool people. Maybe they have had turnover in employees or a new manager, whatever it is has caused it to be inconsistent and not a pleasant experience dealing with them. I’ll be ordering from the Saratoga location from now on as its only 2 minutes further from my house. Hopefully the owner of this location is paying attention at the string of recent reviews that have not been positive.
