After going to multiple jewelry stores to pick out engagement rings, J Brooks was by far the best and we felt like the luckiest couple to have found them. Not only was the staff so kind and helpful (Shout out to Trudy!) but they weren’t pushy, didn’t make us feel pressure and gave us all the time we needed (unlike other stores that stressed us out and made us feel like we had to make a decision RIGHT NOW). Plus they helped me to find and design EXACTLY what I wanted because I’m so picky. And that was just the designing/purchasing experience! After actually getting my ring they were so kind and helpful because we purchased a more fragile stone (Opal) and it had a few issues that they helped me with immediately! Go to J Brooks, you won't regret it. Not only for their service but they jewelry is GORGEOUS! I have my dream wedding ring!!

Angela helped us find a beautiful ring that my girlfriend loves! She wasn't pushy and she discounted the setting and the stone for me! The setting by itself was more expensive at another jewelry store, but J Brooks gave us a great deal! They were very kind and easy to talk to. The chocolates and water were a nice touch as well. Great experience overall.

I highly recommend J Brooks! I was on the hunt for a new wedding ring (coming up on our 20th Anniversary). Kim was so helpful and patient!
