On call guy came out on a Saturday morning early and helped out with a water issue I was having. I didn't know what to do. He was awesome and explained what needed to be done and helped me when he really didn't have to. Lehi city water made my emergency situation a positive experience. Awesome employee and made me feel like lehi city cares about me and my family.
I called about a concern (which turned out to be a very stupid concern) and the woman on the phone was very nice and offered great advice. And then a man was at my door to double check things in a little over an hour! My only regret was not getting their names so i could thank them properly. For an amateur with a silly concern, the two could not have been nicer to me. So grateful!
