Marianne is AMAZING. I have known Marianne for many years and recommend her for will and estate preparation. As I am getting older, we wanted to put formalize our estate plan. I have also recently seen how difficult situations arise on the passing of loved ones without proper preparations. I have family that are attorneys but when it came time to prepare "our" will - I wanted an attorney who is focused on wills and estate planning. Marianne is the expert. This is her specialty. She guided us through the process. Her insight and advice was invaluable. It was so simple and a great experience. I highly recommend. Marianne is a MUST USE for your estate planning.

Preparedness means different things to different people. Mostly, food storage and 72 hour kids come to mind! Having an estate plan (living will/trust) was something on our “eventually” list. We thought about it every time we left our children over the years but never did anything legal or official.
