If any of you are looking to up your employee rewards/recognition game for your organization, Motivosity is the way to go. It's everything you could need all on one platform (peer-to-peer, spot bonus, anniversary and other custom awards, etc.). The software is user-friendly, engaging, and getting even better thanks to the development team. Brandon Love, Clay Jacobson, and Alyssa Brown have been so awesome to work with. 11/10 would recommend. Thank you for all your help.

I have been using Motivosity for about three years at my current job. The company I work for has it setup so each employee receives 5 a month, which they can include in appreciation notes to their coworkers. Although the monthly 5 credit is a plus, a user doesn't have to attach cash with each appreciation note. I have really enjoyed being able to share my appreciation with my coworkers. I feel Motivosity is a great team and moral building application that companies should consider.

Motivosity was an implementations success! As Senior Director of Operations I have been looking for more and better ways to engage my team, fight isolation and reward them in this tele-working environment. In less than 8 hrs post-launch I had 80% of the staff onboard. We did that by having an anticipation campaign and using some of the promo materials Motivosity shared with us. Their team held our hand to get ready for the big day. We rolled it out as part of Employee Appreciation week. The Team loves it and it is super user friendly for Managers and Admins. It gives us valuable info about the interactions in between teams, and it helps us to recognize our workforce. We love the highlights and milestones sections. Even our quarterly core value awards are now managed in Motivosity. It helps us to streamline actions for our most valuable asset: our people!

Not only that, but you're able to give secret recognition to others so they will know that others are spotlighted.
