I have wanted to have my eyebrows and eyeliner done with permanent make-up for years. I have been full of trepidation and anxiety. After consulting with Emily (several times, I might add) she would talk me through the procedure and give me "pros" and "cons". She was patient and kind. I felt badly because I had actually made appointments and then cancelled due to my concerns and nervousness. Finally, I decided to go through with it and had my eyebrows micro-bladed and my eyeliner put on. Even when I went in for the appointment, she could sense my hesitation. She never once pressured me or made me feel "less than." I love her professionalism and want her to know that I would do this again and again. Hands down. Thanks Emily for walking me through every step and taking the time to put me at ease. You are a credit to Ottalaus Salon.

Ottalus is the best, and I have received my best haircuts ever from Kaylin. She taught me some things about my hair that I never realized, and ways to style it that have been very helpful. The finishing head massage was amazing.

Paige really took the time to listen to my concerns and hopes for my cut and color. She made me feel like I had no dumb questions and that I was going to leave feeling beautiful no matter what, even if that meant having to make changes after we had blow dried my hair out. ( which was not necessary because she did a fantastic job! ) Feeling happy and beautiful was how I left my apt!

Hannah was awesome! I hadn't cut my hair in almost two years so I was suuuhper nervous, but Hannah exceeded my expectations! Everyone there was so friendly, and I loved the atmosphere. Super clean and super professional. Would definitely recommend!!!

Sydni was so fabulous! I had a great time getting a haircut with her. She really worked with me to make sure I got the style I wanted and was satisfied. I am so happy with my new hairstyle! The salon itself is very clean and nice, everyone there seems great. I’d definitely recommend coming here and would love to come back :)

My haircut experience with Hannah was top notch. She was very thorough, detail-oriented, asked a lot of questions to make sure my haircut turned out exactly how I wanted it to, and made no hesitation in going back and touching up different areas at the end. On top of all that, she was also so easygoing and a great conversationalist. She took a real interest in me personally and, most importantly, my hair turned out awesome! I love how it looks, and the price was very reasonable considering quality of the salon, services, and people. I will definitely be requesting her next time.

This is my most favorite salon I have ever gone to! My stylist was Taylor, he is absolutely fantastic!!! He does exactly how you ask. And he does not get carried away with cutting. You tell him what you want and he does it perfectly. The salon is super nice and smells great. I was worried because of how fancy it was that it would be expensive but it’s actually pretty good!! I would recommend the salon to everyone !!!
