I called Phonesoap wanting a rush order. I have to give my son and his wife their Christmas presents early at Thanksgiving and wanted this in time. Not only did I get free shipping and a coupon code, the box arrived in pristine condition in what, a few days? I was so happy to get it in time. Box was well-wrapped and sturdy to withstand our blizzard. Very very happy customer will recommend to my son who runs a tech company. Thank you Charity and staff for very superior customer service!

I love PhoneSoap!! I clean everything in it - keys, credit cards, smart watch, you name it! All my family has been converted, too. The customer service team is so helpful and kind, I would recommend them to anybody. Two happy thumbs up
I really enjoy both my PhoneSoap and our PhoneSoap XL, which we use for our tablets. With a large family and grandchildren, phones and tablets get passed around. We like knowing we can get them germ free. We've also used it for our keys and cash during this bad flu season. Great item to have in your home or office.
Worst customer service ever. Ordered 10 items and received 2. Replacement order was supposed to be sent priority to reach me by Christmas, but instead CS rep sent via first class mail which everyone knows takes at lease 3 days, minimum. CS rep gave me some bogus story about 1st class being faster then told me to "have a good one". Very unprofessional and inexperienced. Appears that there's only one person running the show. This is the typical service from every Lori Grainier Shark Tank business. Phony.
this is seriously a must-have for everyone but especially for germaphobes like me! I've had mine for almost a year and it still works perfect. Great company and product.

The product speaks for itself! I have multiple PhoneSoaps in my home - the 2.0 and XL clean the most used and tossed around things: our phones and baby toys. Thank you for helping me feel at ease about all the little things.
