Obviously on Fridays and Saturdays they are swamped. But they do their best. Right now I'm in love with their Detroit style pizza. Reminds me of the days of read-a-thon personal style pizza. Now that I'm bigger I can almost eat a whole one to myself. Also. I think pizza hut has a national answer service. So if the phone rings for a long time you'll get directed to a service that will take your order. Sometimes they tell you your order will be ready in 15-20 minutes... Don't believe them. Plan on 45 mins if it's a typically busy night.

I walked in to pick up my pizza to be told that they are not Costa Vida they are two doors down. Seems like they are doing advertising for them on the side, they even have a sign in their door. I got pizza to find out that they were incorrect and was offered a coupon as a correction. I asked for the pizza that I order to be made instead, they were put out by this request. The pizza was good when I got it but the staff and guest satisfaction was underwhelming.
My order was correct and it arrived hot and delicious and within the time stated. I have ordered from other places and my orders have taken much, much longer to arrive and have been cold upon delivery. Thank you for the great experience!
My hawaiian pizza had a alfredo sauce instead of the standard (correctly ordered) Marinara sauce. it was so gross.
Not impressed at all. My son and I were the only ones there and it took them thirty minutes to get one pepperoni pizza made. They had several employees standing around and nobody seemed to know what they were doing. The food was ok, but not worth thirty minutes.
I called in and ordered a large pizza and they told me 10.63 total... once I arrived they told me it was 15 because adding extra cheese was more?? They didn’t offer to honor price nor did they give me any coupons or free pizza.
The food tasted great. Everything was just as ordered using the app. Pick up was quick and easy.
My order was done on time and the pizza was delicious.
