I’m so glad that I came here! I haven’t had dental insurance for a while and I knew my teeth were in pretty bad shape. On top of that, I had just finished a 9 hour shift at work and had eaten food throughout the day (of course). I had planned on brushing my teeth before my appointment so my breath didn’t stink for those that would be working on me, but I got too busy, and simply couldn’t. I was feeling super embarrassed because of these factors. However, during my entire appointment not once was there any comment or even a casual comment/joke about either of those things. I was so impressed by the professional staff who definitely treated me with 5 star service ️ ️ ️ ️ ️. The dentist did a very thorough explanation of my X-rays and what he saw after further examination of my teeth. The best experience, however, was with Sue Suy. She was also completely nonjudgmental about the state of my mouth and was extremely professional as well. Although I felt embarrassed because she was the one that would be working and cleaning my teeth, she never once made me feel uncomfortable. Before the cleaning, she just told me to raise my hand should I feel some pain or discomfort and she would offer some local anesthesia. Luckily I never needed it. On a side note, she said that I did extremely well for her as a patient e which further made me feel comfortable in a situation where I went in feeling very uncomfortable. One thing that really stood out with Sue was that it was obvious that she was really expert and passionate in her field as she explained everything I needed to know about my teeth’s condition, what she was doing, and even though the office was about to close, she still gave me thorough details about things that I had extra questions about. I highly recommend this place and am definitely coming back!

Dr Bateman is world class dentist and his awesome team just adds to the experience!!! I have referred family and friends and they have all had the same experience Five thumbs up for quality and care and to top it all off he’s about the sweetest guy you could ever meet
Son had to have a crown put on. It fell off twice in the next 6 months. The following year when we went for a cleaning which turned into fillings, they told me after the fact they are no longer in our insurance network. Something changed over the year and we were no longer covered. Ended up paying 600 out of pocket. They should have clarified our coverage before doing the work. I didn't think to check since we went there the year before. Beware!
I would give them 10 stars if I could. A couple days ago I started with some pain in a molar, and by yesterday afternoon, I was in more pain than I’ve ever been in, including broken bones, torn ligaments, etc. I called a buddy who is friends with Dr. Bateman and he reached out to Dr. B to see if he was still working. I was not even a patient of record but Dr. Bateman immediately agreed to see me for a root canal after hours. We started the procedure at 7:30 and didn’t finish till 9:00 pm and several of the staff stuck around to help get me taken care of. I’ve never been so desperate to be out of pain in my life, so I’m very grateful to the entire team. Thanks again everyone!
The assistants and dentists are very friendly and courteous. They put the interest of the patients first and care for them. I highly recommend Platinum Dental Care!
Receptionist was efficient and exceptionally friendly. Hygienist and doctor were also friendly and thorough. No complaints!
First visit was absolutely wonderful. The girls in the front were friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. Paige checked in on us multiple times and Sami did a great job cleaning. Would definitely recommend!
The folks at Platinum are always very willing to take care of whatever needs addressing. I walk out from the visit having a fresh, smooth set of teeth for another six months. I fully recommend them.
