Tried to call and schedule an appointment. Waited for an answer for 10 minutes and decided to try the call back option. No one called back. Decided to call again and wait it out, phone rang for TWENTY TWO minutes before I decided to give up on entire office. This definitely is not how mental illness medicine is supposed to work.

I've been to many Mental Health Care facilities to find the right treatment. Unfortunately the journey has been frustrating and I've been left feeling misunderstood and unheard. Serenity has not only been a breath of fresh air, but exceptional. In terms of empathy, treatment options, quality of care, and professionalism--- I was frankly shocked at how amazing everything was. Dr. Nyberg is particular is fantastic. Serenity rises above the rest head and shoulders.

I have only had one appointment with my doctor and I’m in shock. I have never had another doctor truly listen to me and let me feel like I’m a part of my medical plan. I have never had a doctor like this before and it literally has me in tears because I am so happy. I actually feel like they’re listening to me and they care and not just trying to push whatever narrative they want to go with. Thank you guys so much. I look forward to continuing with my treatment. I'm also seeing Dr. Nyburg. I am seeing him because I am someone who is struggling with depression, anxiety, ptsd, and an eating disorder. I am honestly so happy right now. I never ever felt like this before in my life with my previous doctor and I really feel like he's looking for my best interest and understands that I need to have a form of control over my own mental health and he's given that to me. No other doctor has ever done this for me and I am so impressed that I will recommend anyone to see him. I never recommended anyone to see my previous doctor because I always thought he was a little nuts.

They have a 10 min late cancellation policy which wouldn't be too terrible if they weren't constantly overbooked. It is hard to get an appointment with them unless you book it a month out. When you're suffering from mental health issues that can be a lifetime. If you get stuck in traffick and you're just over the 10 min you're SOL they don't care. And when you do go to the appointment they rush you through the appointment and try to sell you on expensive treatments that aren't covered by insurance. They don't care about you they only want your money

Not an employee or a patient but I was interviewed to potentially be part of the staff. I was highly impressed by the sincerity and transparency of the management and the genuine concern for my wellbeing. The company is very young and thus are experiencing some growing pains but nothing that a motivated individual cannot deal with. New managemnt that seems to really want to change the work environment and culture. Give this place a try!

I have suffered from depression throughout my life. I really appreciate Dr. Nyberg and his staff. I have not done well on medications and so far am feeling much better since coming to Serenity. I recommend Dr. Nyberg to anyone who is looking for additional help with depression and anxiety, especially if medications and therapy have not helped or not helped enough. I read about these treatments on Yale-New Haven, WebMD, and Johns Hopkins (which has also administered TMS for treatment resistant depression). I think there is great promise in these newer treatments. I was skeptical because I’ve tried so hard to manage depression through diet, exercise, medication, and therapy but have still suffered. I’ve felt so much better! It’s been life saving for me, and without any nasty side effects of medicine. I don’t know how I’ll do long term, but I feel I can trust Dr. Nyberg to make the best recommendations. (I’ve seen 2 other psychiatrists previously and he is by far the best I’ve seen. He’s extremely bright—a really good doctor.) I was not invited to write this review—I just wrote it on my own because my experience has been so positive at Serenity.
