Utah Dance and Fitness is a fantastic Dance and Fitness Studio. I love the variety of classes they offer and the convenient schedule times. It's a great work out in a positive atmosphere. The instructors are knowledgeable and put together a different work out every class so it stays fresh and fun! They also have children's classes which my daughter is in and she loves them. She can't wait to go every week!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Camille is the best dance teacher and friend. She always makes the class super fun with awesome choreography and music! And it's definitely a good workout! I've been going for over a year and it's become my weekly routine! I recommend this dance studio 100%!.
Classes and instructors are so much fun. Love being able to exercise in a way where you feel like you are just hanging out with friends but burning a ton of calories. Early morning and evening classes. So glad I was introduced to this place. I’ve been going for a year now and look forward to every class and connecting with the friends I’ve made.
UDF has been the best dance and tumble class for my Toddler to start in! She’s loves Miss Camille and Miss McKinley and she comes home with cute new little dance moves and flips all the time. 10/10 so cute and affordable ️
UDF is amazing! I have never been to a workout class and felt so personally appreciated! The instructors are all wonderful and give a great workout! The adult dance technique class is exactly what I’ve been looking for to help me start learning how to dance in my “advanced age”. I have loved my experience here!
Camille is an excellent owner and instructor. Every time I come, she makes me and my kids feel like family. We love how close it is to home and the variety of classes offered.
I love the fitness classes at UDF! The instructors are friendly and the whole atmosphere is super positive and uplifting. Would highly recommend!!
