Staff Kasey was so rude coming to the door at 6 pm to let me and 8 other people still in line she was closing the doors. Now, I understand the store closes at 6 but I would have appreciated if staff would have come and let us know we were not going to be allow in after 6. We got in line since 5.40. She claimed someone came out at 5:45 to let us know but it’s not true or they simply told the people at the very front. When I was in line I can tell you there was at least 15 people in front of me. So if he came and warned the people right at the door we for sure didn’t notice! They should have come all the way out to the line so everyone in line could be aware that we were not going to be allow in the store pass 6 even if we were in line before 5:45. What a poor customer service. Looks like VANS could care less about his customers.

Great place for shoes. We love back to school shopping here. Get a few pairs for he price of one and they are always running a buy one get one fifty percent off. Be careful it’s easy to spend lots of money because they have so many good deals. The staff was great. Helped get the right sizes and styles we wanted

I have to say discounts good, customer service horrible. I saw a lady named Cassie who was at the door letting people in be really rude today. She wouldn’t let a disable woman hand a teenage boy his cellphone. For some reason she thought that the woman wanted to go in, although, the woman/customer repeatedly stated that she just wanted to hand the kid his cellphone so they could FaceTime and to find him in the store whenever it was her turn to go in. Somehow this worker Cassie thought that being rude and belittling people was part of her job. She really needs some customers service tips. I have to say I actually didn’t go in and left. A discount is not worth it. What a horrible employee this Cassie is. I personally work with people and even with rude customers I find how to keep a cool head. But this lady/customer was even being nice to the worker. Who knows Maybe Cassie was having a bad day and decided to take it out on the people freezing their butts outside. Shame!!!!!

I had a really pleasant experience at this store the other night. While it’s not ideal waiting in a line, it is something i understand comes with the situation of the world. I wanted to say thank you to the manager Carly who helped me out with shoes i bought before the initial closure of this store, and realized they were a misprinted size and the shoes did not fit like all my other ones. I wore them through the closure and she still exchanged them for me even though they were very worn. This was a great experience and i will be returning to this store.

There is over 1 hour wait to get in the store. They only allow 18 people in the store it’s basically empty. They require masks so they should be able to have more than 18 people. It’s ridiculous!

Ask for Jonathan. He's the nicest and most helpful employee. Almost left without getting what I was looking for but he turned us to some better alternatives and we left extremely happy.

It’s surprising to me that this location has bad reviews. They’re always super nice, and frankly Oliver, maybe you had a dogsh3t attitude. Thanks vans for keeping true to your truth sticking out an arm and a leg for customers and employees with the line. Screw the nay-sayers, they’re negative nancies. Vans stays my favorite brand, and my favorite store in this mall!

When I've been there, I've enjoyed the bigger shoe selection they offer and deals as well. That is, of course, when they are ACTUALLY OPEN. It pains me to write a low review since I'm a devoted buyer of Vans apparel, but the most recent visit was too awful to not tell people about. I walk up to the door and I see people inside with the lights on, and the employee on duty says they're closed. Seriously?! On a Thursday? At 1:00 PM? You've been open during most of Covid-19 and now you just decide to close during the holidays. It makes ZERO SENSE, other Vans stores are open and about 90 percent of stores in the outlets here are open, why are you closed? Even if you open with capacity limits, why would you, because you aren't required by the state to have capacity limits now considering how many other stores don't. OPEN UP THE STORE PLEASE!
