I normally am not one to write a review about a business but I felt like I have been treated exception!! They have worked on several bikes for me and this is the only place I will take my stuff weather it be a presser washer, ATV or motorcycle! They have been more than fair with there pricing. With experience I know they are the best around!! I will be a life time customer and will recommend them to anyone!! Thank you for all your help!!

If you are considering coming here, please read all the other bad reviews first. This place is pathetic and unprofessional and I'm not sure how they are still in business. They even leave your bike outside for it to get rained on. I dropped off my bike over a month ago for a simple valve adjustment. They took it apart and somehow determined it needed a whole new top end and it was going to cost way more than the valve adjustment job. I decided that I couldn't afford that at the time and wanted to get a second opinion, so I asked them to put it back together and I'd come pick it up. About a week later I call them asking if I can come pick it up yet and they say it's still not ready. Another week goes by, same thing. Then I start calling and leaving voicemails that were not being returned. At this point it's been 3 weeks and I'm getting pretty concerned, so I go to the shop myself and check it out. Apparently they dropped the bike and broke my stater cover and clutch lever and were waiting for the parts to come in before they told me. I took my bike and told them to get me the new parts and I'd be back. It still took them weeks to get me parts so I can have someone that knows what they are doing fix it. By the way, bike is fixed now with a valve adjustment and a couple tweaks for 300 vs the 1500 they wanted to charge me.
These guys were great to work with! Very experienced and honest about timeline. Prices were fair, I'll be a return customer!
Really don't recommend they may treat you nice at the beginning but after time they have different aditude especially the wife if need a mechanic I really recommend powerhouse motor sports till this day I've never had a reason not to go with them
These guys always have taken good care of me they have great prices and are super helpful if I have any questions and they normally cut me good deals on everything I need done I only take my bikes to these guys. They do a great job very satisfied.
Easily one of the worst customer service experiences we've had in recent memory. We will be taking our business elsewhere, and if you expect good service and honest rates, then you should too.
Western Moto & ATV provided us GREAT service. We brought in four machines with major and minor repairs. We got them back in under a week! They didnt oversell us and they were very professional! We would RECOMMEND them to anyone!
3 stars for 2 reasons, one, my personal experience was good when they repaired the rear wheel on an off-brand riding lawnmower. The second thing, however, is that they treat their customers good, unless they have a wife at the salon. Don't do that to potential customers. Since I know someone who's wife got their car towed, I don't want to go back. Really guys, everything that goes around comes around, and if I can find somewhere else, I'm gone. And, finding out that if a bike part isn't in, you leave bikes outside makes me never want to take my classic 1985 Honda Shadow in. I'll put it on my trailer and take it to Orem to a shop I really would rather not do business with because of price gouging. So the hunt is on for another place to get my lawnmower worked on, which needs it right now. Don't mess with customer's friends.
