I've been going here for a few years and they always do an amazing job! It's not the cheapest shop in town, but you usually get what you pay for. Well worth spending a little more for nails I love that don't lift and rarely break. It's always very clean and they're good about following CDC guidelines. Julie is my go to, but everyone is awesome!

I expressed to my tech more than once that I was unhappy she had not trimmed my natural nails before applying the fake ones. She rolled her eyes and said they’re already short (they weren’t) I also let her know I didn’t like how thick/chunky they were but she made no effort to correct it. They also didn’t go near my cuticle. My nails were done so poorly that after just one week they have now been removed to reveal most of my nail beds bruised! Extremely disappointed. All they offered was a free removal.
Loved the service. Trish did everything exactly how I wanted it or better. Everything was done in a timely matter. She took very good care of me she even offered me something to drink. I will definitely be going back!
The people are rude, not enough techs, they rushed the work also very poor ventilation so it's strong with product fumes and they are definitely not following all covid protocols. If you are not a regular or getting speciality nails not worth going.
I have gone to this business twice in a months time and gotten four services. Spent 167! I have been displeased both times. It feels like an assembly line and I feel like I am bothering the workers, the men specifically. The women do fine but I get stuck with a man for almost every thing. Even the owner is rude. Maybe its only enjoyable for customers able to schedule an appointment.
Love this place, they are nice and I always have a great experience!
Sloppy and rushed and wayyyy overpriced. I went once and they did decent although after telling the nail tech one finger was crooked and having him go back and forth with me my nails looked fine. I decided to return again for just a fill on a whim since my normal tech was out of town. NEVER again! I have shellac polish on the side of my nails on my skin that I am trying to pick off and my nails are THICK! My original shape has completely changed and my nails are shorter than they originally were. Highway robbery was committed on the price at the end upon hearing how much was owed I flinched and only decided to tip the lowest I felt reasonable. I have to say the only good thing was my toes painted but my hands are horrid! I will never settle for this place again I will happily wait for my nail tech and get my nails done right and with quality! Do not let the pictures deceive you here in Google go to else where, where you’ll get what you pay for this should be a 40 job over 70
They are scammers. They will ask you for more money after your payment process. They showed me other customer receipts to try and justify why they could not give me a refund. I had to go to another nail shop to have my overly thick nails redone because they were way to thick and kinda painful. The guy who redid my nails was astonished at how thick my nails were. Needless to say I will never return to Lei Nails. They are very unprofessional.
