Extremely fictitious service. Bad to the extreme. Booked taxi to Birmingham Airport. Outward journey was very good and you got the impression that you were dealing with a professional business. Return journey was pathetic and bought out the no care attitude, unprofessional nature and time honoured lack of care. Our plane landed at 1100 pm and so expected the taxi to be at airport at around 1125 pm allowing for clearance and baggage pick up. We were out side by 1120 and expected a call stating driver was waiting for us outside airport pick-up. At 1122 received text saying taxis has left Leicester! After a lot of lies, excuses we finally got picked up at 1230 - wow what service! The pick taxi had no headlights, and driver did little to aid us. Imagine if the car was stopped by the police and the imminent delay that would have followed? Avoid this firm.

They were on time but how could they get the address wrong after I told them three times over the phone. So we were 8.50 instead of 6.50 even after we had received the text message they wouldn’t admit there mistake. We gave the 8.50 but won’t be using this taxi service again.
One of the best services i've ever recieved, i now have my own booking daily, i must say the timing is perfect, the drivers are very respectful and friendly and i highly recommend 1A Cabs

Had bad experience before but gave them another chance as i got told its under new management. And the end result FANTASTIC big diffrence than before they definitely retained a customer now good job.

Great customer service and they're reliable, the 6 seater grey car is always so happy.
The cabs are ALWAYS late and they have extremely bad customer service. Very rude, had to delete the app. I called a cab for 6.40am. 10 mins later it wasn’t there. I called them and asked where they are, they said 5 mins away. Another 10 mins past and I call again and told them I going to be late. He then rudely saiD “WELL THEN FIND ANOTHER CAB” and he cancelled my booking. It was extremely unprofessional and has happened to me more than once
