I brought something from the Leicester store before Christmas but it had a hole in so as i needed it i ordered on line for next day delivery.. i went in the store with the recicet to get my money back but the girl in the store said as the box was ripped she couldn't refund so i told her i didn't buy the box i brought the dress and it's faulty awful service got my money back in the end. Terrible staff

Didn't even let me know when my order was ready and when I rang up to see where my order was, I was charged 2.90 for a minute and a half on the phone. I wouldn't mind but there's no other number to call.
