Having worked with Amar and Brijwasi before, there was nobody else we would have considered when it came to our wedding events. It was important to work with someone who shared our vision and could inject creativity, fun, and originality into the process. Amar and the Brijwasi team offered this in abundance. The themed production, delivery of high quality desserts and juices, in both look and taste were a huge success across all our events. Amar was a dream to work with; a true professional pre-event and throughout, making the journey from concept to event-day so easy and stress-free. He was trustworthy and flexible in all aspects of the process and nothing was too big an ask. We would use Amar again in a heartbeat and can't wait to work with Brijwasi again. From the moment I met Amar I was excited about what he was going to deliver. I wasn’t even aware that bespoke bars and dessert bars were possible until PRITI told me about Amar and Brijwasi. Brijwasi delivered a 16ft bespoke London themed bar for my wedding reception and a 12ft dessert bar. Amar took our theme and turned the bar into a complete show of its own. There was a lot of time and effort that went into the bar and dessert bar. We had countless meetings (lots of fun) designing and discussing what we wanted. The venue I picked wasn’t the easiest in terms of having a bespoke bar. This is because of the nature of the set up I wanted and the number of guests. That didn’t stop Brijwasi. We persisted and ended up with a bar exactly how we wanted it (if not better). Amar is professional and delivers to a high standard. His staff are exactly as he is, polite and always willing go the extra mile. We made a last minute decision to have cocktails. Following some persuasion by Amar that this would add some extra special to the event I decided to go with cocktails. He wasn’t wrong! The cocktails went down so well with all our guests. It also meant that those guests who didn’t drink alcohol had a better option then coke or orange juice! The mixologists also added an extra bit of spice to the event. All of our guests loved the dessert bar. I lost count of how many desserts there were in the end. I would highly recommend Brijwasi. Amar and his team delivered to such a high standard. We met Brijwasi at a wedding fair and Amar couldn’t do enough for us. Amar provided us with a bar for our reception, mehndi and cocktail night and also provided masala tea and a live paan stall at the wedding. Before each event Amar went through the itinerary in detail giving us things to think about that we never thought existed. He overlooked the set up of our reception and made sure he was in sync with everyone without us having to contact people separately. His bar and cocktails were a HUGE hit with everyone saying how great they were! The paan and masala chai were also a great success and was a talking point of the wedding on how great the paan tasted. All in all a great service and a wonderful person to work with and I will miss working with him! Amar - you made my wedding AMAZING so thank you for everything you have done! I hope I find a reason to use you again in the future!
