Visited this store today, warm welcome, allowed time to brows, and when we were ready \Mike\ came to give us expert advice. No pressure to buy, but we found the rise & recline chairs we were looking for, the deal as done without any hassle, and no pressure Great staff.

We found the Sales Assistant very welcoming and the store was very clean and well lit to be able to view the products clearly. There is a wide range of products in the store and the Assistant was very helpful and fetched a walker for us to try-out, which we needed. Paying for the walker/rollator was quick and easy.

We found CareCo had a good range of products to view and try out and there was plenty of parking. The store is large and well laid out with enough room to find what you are looking for. The staff were friendly and helpful no hard sell. Liz White listened to our reasons for our visit and gave us good advice about which product to buy and we were highly delighted with the service we received. We would not hesitate to use CareCo in the future.

popped in to store for mobile walker tray and new ends to 2 walking sticks for mother in law. Was warmly greeted and within 10 minutes all had been sorted and i was walking out with the required items. Excellent service provided by sales assistant liz and the store had everything in stock that i needed and i was back home to give mother in law her new items 30 minutes after setting off
