I was really apprehensive about buying from this company due to the mixed reviews but I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough. Very pleased with the service received. In particular the emails and phone calls keeping me informed of progress. Delivery was prompt on the day it was due and delivery men polite and helpful, despite having to adhere to COVID rules. I would highly recommend this company.

What a company, terrible service and really despicable communication When I placed my order the company were very helpful and I was pleased with how they handled everything. But the contact after the balance has been paid has been shocking, the delivery did not arrive on the day it was arranged and then came two days later when I was not at home. The company then stated that they had been to deliver the item and it was my fault I was not in to receive it. Absolutely shocking service and a company that I will steer clear of in the future

ordered chair on 11th Feb got del date 26th Feb which they immediately cancelled new date of 1st March, chair damaged emailed with pics of damage Sunday day delivered, told on Monday when i rang they had already ordered for the week so i would have to store chair in big box as they would collect when they replaced in TWO WEEKS if i wanted to have it collected before they would cancel my order and refund, which i had never asked for, CS rang me Mon i was told i would have email withing 72 hours, over a week later not had a call or an email A month after ordering all i have is a damaged chair in a box

Ordered some dining chairs and they arrived damaged and aside from that, they are really poor quality anyway. Trying to return them and find that the email I was given doesn't work.. the phone doesn't get answered, the website is useless and there is no order confirmation or delivery note available.. very poor service would not recommend

Avoid this company at all costs. They cancelled my order after taking the deposit and lied by saying that the deposit has not gone through after 2 days. They asked me to call my bank to get a 6 digit authorisation code which my bank could not provide as the money had already cleared. I could also see that the money was no longer in my account. they could not answer my questions as to why it was cancelled and even tried to make my guilty by saying that they have families and kids and to remove my 1 star review on trust pilot. When I didn't they cancelled the order even though the manager guaranteed to me that the order has gone through and that it was a misunderstanding and they have the deposit funds. They even suggested that I have placed a large orde and where would I have earned so much money when it was just 2 wardrobes and both my and my husband work full time and we are not young. They are rude, do not know anything about customer service, definitely a call center based in India as they do not understand a word you tell them and cannot form 1 sentence together without grammatical errors. I have asked more than twice for their complaints procedure and they are just deciding to ignore me. I will be reporting them to trading standards as wel as to the Furniture Ombudsman as such a company should not be in operation.

There was a delay initially in getting the item, but I was kept informed at all stages by the customer services team especially Sam! The item arrived superbly packaged and it was a gorgeous glass and chrome plant stand for the hallway! Even better in real life than picture on the website Thank you I will definitely be a repeat customer!
