Amazing service and the staff were super helpful to me when shipping internationally. Gave great advice and I will definitely return for any future postage! Cannot recommend them enough!

The male member of staff is a patronising know it all. He is rude and unhelpful. I decided not to use this branch a year ago when he tried to coerce me in to buying more foreign money despite repeatedly telling him I did not need to spend that much money. I stupidly decided to go back today out of necessity. Never again. Absolute disgrace.

0/5 A particular male member of staff provides extremely unprofessional customer service. Aggressive and lies to your face to sell you more expensive services than you need. Was told that my item with value \u003c20 had to be sent my special delivery for it to be covered for loss. Even at this point he was slightly aggressive and I actually had to politely point out that he need not be so surly with me, just out with my family trying to post two small items. When challenged was told that \signed for\ would not provide the cover if it got lost. I sell a lot with ebay and know this is incorrect. When I said just send it by 2nd class then please, the member of staff told me it wouldn't be covered for loss, despite me telling him the value was in fact very minimal at even less than 1! Apparently I \wouldn't have a leg to stand on\. Utter nonsense from him. He then tried to tell me it was a small parcel (so about 3.50) when I knew it could easily fit as large letter. He lied to my face and said he had tried it and it was too big (he had not). I asked him to try it again and it fell through the large letter slot with absolutely no issues. I said this was very poor customer service and he was delusional enough to say that he \had never had that feedback before\. A quick look though these reviews shows this member of staff has received PLENTY of poor feedback. I said, you know what, I'l take my business elsewhere and picked up my two packages and walked straight out. Oddly he felt this was an appropriate way to treat a customer, even with a full queue behind me? Truly appalling service.

Beware of the condescending male member of staff who will try and scare you out of using click and drop because his post office might go out of business. Claiming my customs labels are wrong even though I printed them directly from click and drops website. If you want to be treated like an adult by staff who respect their customers and don't mind small businesses using royal mail then use the Leicester city centre post office.
