Appalling customer service from the Bandstores brand. Only part of a purchase was delivered and had to resort to a Paypal claim to get my money back. Will never purchase from them again.

The other review was about how they got their item in shambles, I didn't even RECIEVE my item. Been a month since ordering and I still got no confirmation about dispatch and every time I contacted I got no reply or another email saying it will be dispatched by the end of the week. Useless service, don't even bother.
