Excellent service. Surveyor booked in fitting after survey-very polite and helpful. Had new boiler fitted. Fitter was professional and efficient and left space tidy. Very pleased with outcome. Waste was collected and space left tidy after prompt and efficient communication via text to arrange collection. Would recommend.

Excellent from start to finish. I contacted the company via click bait about the government ECO scheme on Facebook expecting nothing. Within a few days a survey of my existing heating system was undertaken by Wayne (1st October). 2 weeks later an installation date for 23rd October was made. On 23rd Gavin & Ed arrived at 8 a.m. and spent till around 4 p.m fitting and commissioning the boiler and controls, and replacing some radiator thermostats. I was very impressed that they covered all my carpets, from the front door to the 1st floor room where the boiler is sited, with self adhesive floor covering. They had to ask for scaffolding to affix the flue, which had not been mentioned in the initial survey as being necessary. This did arrive a little late, but Ed quickly affixed and mortared the flue in place. The installation of the boiler itself is very tidy indeed, I'd affix a photo but can't. The house was left clean and tidy at the conclusion of the work, and rubbish generated by the work was removed on 27th as promised. Also today I received installation paperwork and guarantees from the company. I almost forgot to say; the heating and hot water works perfectly. I've had a few conversations with various people from Effective Heating over the past 4 weeks, and all have been respectful and helpful. I'd definitely recommend this company
They're liars. I have put new boiler with effective heating. On the 03 2020One of washer was missing. They said they'll put washer for you next week .i I called them many times to fix the boiler .they just give time but not come .it is 9 months im still waiting to fix my boiler .i told my friends don't fix your boiler with effective heating
I've been trying to get these to install a boiler after 3 failed attempts all I get is unfortunately its not in our policy. My partner works for NHS and with covid and current demands on NHS staff wasted days of work waiting for effective home to turn up and do nothing is becoming a regular thing. Really poor communication and really un organised. If carlsbad made cowboys effective heating would be up there at the top. .... edited 25.2.21 shaw b980qd still no reply from the cowboys
Very professional without little fuss
New boiler fitted. Excellent fitter knew his job inside out. Very pleasant and worked very hard. No mess to clear away he did it all. Highly recommend.
Never use effective heating! They are liars! The operations team gave misleading information on when the surveyors were coming out to my property. The installers didnt finish the job. Im not happy with their service. I feel as if i should be compensated. I filed a complaint yet still havent heard from them!
Had new boiler fitted,must say the guys that came where excellent could not fault them one bit,they even cleaned up after could not tell they had been,would most definitely recommend them,even the salesman could not of been more helpful.
