Excellent experience. Sorted out a seized lower shock absorber bolt that had snapped off in the wheel hub of my Audi A5. Reliable service from great guys at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Had a problem with my VW Polo 9N3 engine. Kept going into limp mode, loosing power. They rebuilt the engine (head recon like brand new!) in a short period of time and at a very good price. No problems occurred since, they know what they are doing and good communication! Fast and friendly service. 5 stars!

Had an appointment this morning at nine to see Dave French of Engine Service (who appear very linked to Intraservices - same building, they use the same web page and describe their services in combination) to get some locking wheel nuts removed. I drove across the county at rush hour to see him - he didn’t show up. Just wasn’t there when I arrived. When I called him to check everything was ok, he said he was at the hospital, that he had an appointment he’d forgotten about and he flapped, like some sort of clown, about what to do about it. He didn’t even have the class or the good manners to apologise and he had literally no ideas or suggestions about what to do. It was as if I’d caught him with his pants down. How hard is it to recognise when you double book and make a few calls? It wouldn’t have been difficult to call me back and the-arrange. Instead he said nothing and didn’t much care that I wasted a good portion of my morning. This is just incompetence coupled with a lack of concern and so clearly, I don’t recommend him. ——— Had a call about an hour after posting this from Dave Knott, the owner of Intraservices. He wanted to know why I’d posted this review for Engine Services. In short, I posted it because the two companies operate from the same premises, they share a web page (Google it) and they offer combined services. This reflects poorly on them all. Dave Knott made it clear he sees them as not being linked - I don’t believe him. I would say that if they are not linked, then when Dave French gave Dave Knott my telephone number, as I was said he did, he breached his data protection obligations if they are not linked. You can’t have it both ways, I suppose. Had the call been to apologise and not to whine, there would have been a chat to have. As was it was just a childish rant and I hung up on him. So, if you want man-children who don’t keep their word - these are your guys, based on my experience. (It can only be slander if it’s not true, Dave K)
