Same as other comments, Expedia UK will never refund any cent to you! The flight was cancelled by airlines due to poor weather condition, and I’ve waited for more than a year and had a lot of international calls back and forth with Expedia UK. They will NEVER REFUND!

Expedia will not refund my flights. They cancelled them. It is against European Law not to offer a refund
I booked a hotel with Expedia online Four weeks ago. Expedia agents tried to charge me more on the phone than what it says on their website. and the prices I was seeing on their website, they claimed were no longer available but I was not having it. I made the booking online regardless and contacted the hotel directly that confirmed the room was still available. The way Expedia does things I still had to let them know that I made the booking, which they insisted on taking an extra charge for to match the prices from their end and told me that the difference will be refunded. So far it has been 4 weeks, I haven't had my refund and called 4 times, 35- over an hr on the phone and just been told lies. I even spoken to a supervisor who assured me that I was getting my refund - Nothing has been done. now I am told to wait another week.
Don’t use Expedia to book anything, whether hotels or flights. They will allow the hotels treat you anyhow and allow them to refuse you your refunds.
1900 for my wife’s ticket to Australia, Expedia refuses to update her surname from her maiden name to her married name. They are liars and I will never be using them again if they can’t get this sorted. They expect us to cancel this ticket which even at 1900 each for economy somehow isn’t a refundable ticket and book a new one at 2100. In this age of instant communications they can’t update a passengers surname when she gets married... they are an online tech company for Christ sake!!! No wonder they only have a 0.8 rating out of 10 on trust pilot \u200d️ For the rest of my life I am actively sharing my negative experience with everyone I meet.
Making money of the back of other companies yet have a really poor customer service
I had booked a two night stay at Harrogate Central suites via Expedia after having this apartment come up as a child / family friendly accommodation. On arriving at the apartment just before midnight on 28th, there was a foul smell which was unidentifiable. The next morning, one of my two year old sons opened a cupboard and I found a big hole leading to the ground and the foul smell seems to have emerged from there. It was clear it was a dead rodent. I contacted the owner again who said he could not do anything but will come and investigate the next day before check out. And he did and admit there was a dead mouse/ rat. I have since been refused a refund and compensation. On speaking to Expedia, they say that as the owner has taken the money from my account the day before we checked in, the best Expedia can do is give a 20% refund in the form of a 50.00 gift voucher to spend via their site the next time! The two day stay has cost me 278.00 in a mouse infested apartment with a hole in the ground which was a danger to my small children. Expedia have also not allowed me to write a review on this apartment. The have continued to ignore my emails.
The shittest website I have ever layed my eyes on. Try to book a holiday and the prices go up a good 40 quid on every hotel I look at. absolute knobs and false advertising I would give them no stars if I could
