For my daughter's achievements (academic or sportive) I always get her some trophies. Ezee Trophies in Leicester was always my Number One shop to go to. Recently she received an award in geography and I wanted to make sure that she gets a special trophy for it. I ordered a glass trophy with a globe from Ezee-Trophies online and was very happy. They dealt with my request very quickly, confirmed when I can pick it up, staff is always kind and friendly and the engraving was done in an excellent way. The WOW-moment came when they told me that they didn't have the size that I ordered in stock and gave me with no extra charge (!) even the bigger size of the trophy. I couldn't be happier and my daughter is all over the moon. Thanks again Brian & staff, really appreciate your brilliant service.

Horrendous attitude from the owner, he was very rude and aggressive when I suggested he needed to update his webpage as it did not match the price for engraving that he quoted. The time before another staff member was unfriendly and rude because I paid by contactless and he did not get the same receipt as normal. There is one guy (I think the son in law) who is lovely and very helpful, but the other 2 have no customer service skills, are quite rude and stroppy. This is based on 2 out of the last 3 visits
I needed some small items engraving and found the owner kind and friendly and got the job done with no fuss and a fair price, very happy.
