This company is 'Outfox the Market' and they are absolutely awful. Periodically try to rip you off and when challenged, refuse to deal with the issue. I am still being emailed and threatened almost 2 years after leaving a property - they took a year to issue a final bill then attempted to charge over 200 when I usually paid 39.95 per month and didn't miss any payments or go into debit. Deals seem great but not worth the hassle - go elsewhere instead.

Worst experience ever! When I bought a solution (heaters and new boiler) for my house I did a proper research about this company, it was great that Fischer Energy are a 100% green company and provide their own equipment with a 10 years warranty, but it wasn't a great experience. 30 March 2018 - An installation was carried out: - Heater in the living room was not working - The hot water system was not working because it was too big for my flat (even though they carried out a survey in January 2018) - I was surprised the technician requested that I sign the completion form when there was missing equipment and a full installation could not be completed 31 March 2018 - The hot water stop working for four days My hot water tank stop working since and when I reported this to the salesman, by phone, he said that they were unable to do anything due to the bank holiday. I pointed out the fact we have a young baby in the flat and that it was very important to have hot water; nothing happened. 04 April 2018 - Finally an electrician replied An electrician from Fischer Energy, kindly helped me to identify the problem on the phone. At that point I discovered that there was an unplugged cable that had melted the plastic surrounding it - please see the pictures below. It is extremely disappointing that a 5 star Trust Pilot company was unable to attend directly to this dangerous oversight, knowing that we have a small baby and that a fire could have been caused. After weeks - A regional manager of Future Heating contacted me and recognised that these situation was their fault and he was willing to help me, he managed to fix the issue on our living room, they carried out another survey and they told me they can't do anything. Left Outfox The Market T/A Foxglove after awful customer service plus taking and keeping over 3 months worth of payments, alleging 300% deposit was part of their spreading the cost plan. I had to threaten them with Ombudsman to prevent them increasing my DDM even further and get the credit back from my account. Avoid at all costs. I went to a more expensive but more honest supplier- Utility Warehouse.

This company is a joke my daughter has had a break down due to the stress caused by this company and still the issue isn't resolved she paid more than required every month was over 300 in credit they then bill her for 750 pounds then 2 months later 350 pounds and a month or two later 190 pounds she lives in a two bed flat similar to my own I pay 30 sometimes 35 pounds a month the only difference between her flat and mine is a washing machine it doesn't cost up to 60 pounds a month to run a washing machine once a week

OTM0030314 Been with OTM for years now and family have switched to them too. prices are always the lowest (though a lot of comparison sites hide them as I guess they do not get commission from OTM). We have telephoned their CSU and also used their online chat service and can only say they were excellent every time.
