The worst company I've ever dealt with in any capacity and I can honestly say I've never left a bad review on anything before. They sent Charlotte out to do our kitchen plan initially, after four re-visits she still managed to get the plan wrong, this was coupled with the fact she constantly over promises and never delivers, we were then assured the final plan was correct by the manager Nicky, only for a fitter to arrive and tell us the plan was still so far wrong he couldn't do anything with it. So, now without a kitchen as ours had been ripped out we then discovered the majority of what they had sent out was in-correct, so this all had to be changed over. It's bordering two months and the kitchen has just been fitted after Charlotte's initial visit, an absolute shambles from start to finish with this lot. Avoid.

Leicester, I could have a better company to deal as I was cash buyer. But I've been suggested as the best kitchen, waste of time, quality with you can find same everywhere or better. One door hand is missing i emailed then to ask for it there is no answer at all . I bought on Ebay same thing much cheaper then ive paid on howdens.

Avoid at all costs. Terrible experience and stressful. I used howdens a few years back and dealt with Ashleigh but this was the Wigston branch, she was good so I thought I would use howdens again and god I am regretting it!

After thinking about my original score for Howdens. I have decided to increase it to 5 stars. My initial score of 4 was based on the price of goods I purchased which in comparison to other places it seemed expensive. However, none of the other places I visited or looked at on line were as pleasant, knowledgeable or as helpful as the staff at Howdens. It is sometimes worth paying more for the above as it makes the customer feel valued. Well done Howdens.
