He is brilliant .can't fault him. My Toyota, water pump is gone .I left the car in Toyota dealer for 5 days still they didn't check my car to see what's wrong with it .then I find this carriage. 2 minutes he told me what's wrong with the car. he sorted out same day . Also his excellent on servicing the car. Highly recommended. Another day another 5-star to hybrid mechanic( Joseph). he just put exhaust protection on my Toyota Prius Plus to protect it from stolen. I love his knowledge .well done.

The ABS/VSC/Handbrake light came on the dashboard of my Toyota Auris hybrid. Naturally, I took it to my local Toyota dealer and their quote to fix it was extortionately expensive, after challenging the quote because of known faults they halved it. However, this was still fairly expensive. On researching Google locally I’ve come across Hybrid Vehicles Ltd and owner Jose located and dealt with the problem to my complete satisfaction. Jose takes pride in his work, he is a specialist in hybrid vehicles and will provide you with valuable tips on how to maintain your vehicle. He followed up the repair with courtesy calls to check if everything was ok. I would highly recommend Hybrid Vehicles Ltd.

God bless Joseph, a 5* rating isn’t enough. Joseph goes above and beyond and does the work from his heart and will guide you to what’s best for you. The service I’ve recieved has been incredible and way beyond my expectations. My elderly father recently gave up driving and gave me his car. The car was a diesel and had a blocked dpf. My father doesn’t understand how the dpf system works and after him getting scammed time and time again, I thought to take the car and matters into my hands. As a female and a first time driver, I had no knowledge of these things but Joseph helped educate me and guided me for what was best for the us and the car. Joseph does not deal with diesels but from the moment we stepped on site, he helped guided me for the whole month of a headache I had with the car. He helped find and recommend spare part pieces, mechanics who could help with the labour and in the end put the finishing touch. I was doing the same investigation on the side but I kept being ripped off- I know a cowboy when I see one. However, brother Jospeh was there to step in with his wise guidance. Now because of this whole experience, I’m super confident in dealing with cars and also driving! From a young female and her elderly father, all we say each time when we sit in our car is, god bless Joseph. Joseph is a good honest man who will not let you down and will get to the bottom of whatever is causing problems in your car. He knows what he is doing and is very professional. 110% recommended and I have told everyone I know about him. Joseph is a Good mechanic and cheaper alternative to the very pricey Dealers.he will talk to you in no hurry about what is the problem with the Vehicle .my EGR was cleaned and fitted compared to the New one by the Dealer last time.

Cylinder Misfire - I used this garage for Misfire error showed up on my Toyota Prius. He has excellent knowledge in Japanese Hybrid vehicles. This issue of misfire, I couldn't resolve at the garages in Birmingham and finally decided to visit HVR Ltd. He resolved the issue in 3 hours and now my car feels much smoother and efficient. With no doubt I would higly recommend him to anyone. Very polite and soft spoken person also. He will clear all your doubts around your vehicle.
