i booked in 2019 with this unknown to myself fraud company for an event for 2020. Obviously due to a worldwide pandemic (someone kindly inform them) this was cancelled. They point blank refused to refund me and moved my event to 2021. I have never experienced such rude, obnoxious services. Anyways its now 2021 and i am now being advised that again my event is cancelled and LOW AND BEHOLD it is being moved to 2022 and a refund is not even an option!! Its actually comical. Who on earth would ever book an event two years in advance. We are now perusing legal action.

They refused to give a cash refund for a 7000 trip that was cancelled through no fault of our own due to covid 19! We had to recover the money via legal proceedings. Very disappointing. Check out the dodgy clause in their contracts which states that if an event is cancelled they will put you on a substitute event whenever and wherever they want, and if you can't attend, its tough luck!! Not professional at all for a corporate events company who are supposed to value their clients!

Stay away from these guys. Del-Boy salesmen cold calling over and over and when something goes wrong they pull out the contract. Twice I have requested a refund for an even they cancelled twice and twice I get the same response- "Clause 10 states....." Shysters.....

STAY CLEAR - FRAUDS Only events company not to refund during these unprecedented times. Very quick and pushy to take your money! Zero customer service, they have been rude and arrogant over email. I have asked numerous times what credit protection is in place in case they fold and not one response. First and last time i will ever use this company! Absolutely disgusting.

We have privately purchased quite a number of events with this company. We have accepted the postponement of all events cancelled in 2020 except for one. This was to celebrate a 50th wedding. The item was sold to us when the sales advisor asked if we had any 'special family events' in the near future.... ICE even printed 50th wedding invites for us. We have made it clear - all along that this is a one-off event and not movable. In the interests if fairness we have requested a credit note to be applied to another event we already have booked - but ICE have refused, stating that our rejection of the postponement means that they will simply keep all monies and not deliver any event at all! We are utterly disgusted by their attitude, considering how much we have spent with them, and are now seeking to invoke a Section 75. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

King George Day Saturday 2020 I am not happy with re-booking this event next year, I would like a refund, If an event is cancelled by the operator why don’t I have the right to a refund, where are my rights to a refund. This is the second event to cancel and I feel that this is unprecedented circumstances ,Imperial events are not helping business with refunds and you are only looking out for Imperial. I don’t feel this is great service. Why am I out of pocket for an event that was cancelled Why are you no refunding me

I landed a trainee position at the Leicester office and was excited to start. I am not familiar with the area/train stations and made an error and took the wrong train on my 2nd day of work. It was an embarrassing but honest mistake on my part. I called up and told them what had happened. Asking if I could show up later with the day being unpaid or even move back my start date to a different training period so I do not interrupt their training process. They responded with ‘I think you’re lying mate’, ‘How can you get the wrong train’, I could have probably thought of a less embarrassing lie... They further replied ‘Don’t even bother showing up’. fair enough I made an error. But being called a liar, and responded to in that manner is horrible, the person I spoke to sounded deluded. I do not understand how this company can say it is one of the best companies to work for. Even if it was polite I would have understood. Should be ashamed of treating employees like this.
