Had a pleasant experience on my impromptu visit today. Was greeted upon entry and exit. Told where to find the item that I wanted and was offered assistance and advice (even if I didn't ask for it). There were a group of three boys/young men staff members who weren't in keeping with my general experience (who were talking to each other as if they were at school) and a manager who overlooked me as he was prepping a staff member.

One of my favourite shops, to those people complaining about high street shops you should be ashamed of yourself with how much retail has been struggling and encouraging people to shop online so people loose the community, tourism and jobs, some things you are complaining about you could just let go and get a life! John Lewis always try their best and have good ethics they look after the staff and have standards of how and where things are coming from and that's the most important thing to me, people complaining need to get a life when you end up living in a run down slum you'll be sorry.

I ordered a iPhone 11 on Sunday and received the phone on Monday very fast and efficient with their delivery but one big thing disappointed me was when I got my parcel and opened it I noticed there was No plug with it, this should have been stated on their web page, the phone wasn’t cheap, I could have ordered that as well if I knew. In the box I got the phone and the USB cable which I couldn’t use with the plug adapter I already had which was for a iPhone 6S. The USB cable needed a new plug all together. Apple should update their products and explain exactly what you get in the package and what you need

It is a large store located at the Highcross shopping center in Leicester There are many products for the home, such a forniture and furnishing; from toys to electronics and ,course, household appliances of all kinds could not be missing. Surely the customer is spoiled for choice, but unfortunately not in the price, which in my opinion is expensive. Now that we are close to Christmas, the shop has been euriched which decorations and sparkling lights to make it and almost magical place for the visitor;all products for sale are displayed with care and elegance. It is important to point out that this shop has a large parking lot that is always open;while on the upper floor there is a bar, where you can enjoy a good coffee. Although prices are expensive, I highly recommend going to visit.

I find it astonishing that a big store like John Lewis will not allow you to send shop bought items back via post to be exchanged or refunded in the current climate!

Always clean, plenty of Covid-19 notice, hand sanitiser everywhere. Always find what you need. Always happy with their products and services. Plenty of staffs to help you around when you need.
