Great service. Quick turn around, fixed and posted my key back without any delays. Remote control on my Mercedes key is working again. So happy with the service so posted my another spare Mercedes key for shell replacement and again very fast turn around. Key looks like new again. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommended. Richmond came to my house as promised the way from Liecester and rang me to confirm that he on his way to Nottingham. What I liked about Richmond and made him stand out from the rest was his honesty and his dedication to getting my car fixed. He first started to eliminate the small things like checking to see if the car keys were not faulty and then eliminated that. He then checked the ignition switch and then found out the issue was with the steering wheel. He was professional and very friendly and someone that I will always recommend to anyone who has a problem with electrical issues with their car or even if you need keys replacing. He is excellent value for money and you will not be disappointed at all.
Locked the keys in my car on a public holiday. Was in Leicester area. He came out within 15 mins and was quick to assist in unlocking so I could gain access to my car and get my keys almost straight away. Reasonable fee as well. Highly recommend.

Im in USA and sent my Mercedes key fob for repair as new batteries did nothing. Dealer will NOT repair keys or help other then 350 replacement. A few weeks later I received my key & synched to vehicle and it works flawless. Could not be more happy with my experience. Highly recommend
