Park at your own risk, I parked overnight and had my curtain side trailer cut in 5 different places, staff wasn't very helpful and it's 28 to park will not stay there again

Didn't go inside because of COVID. But stopped in the car park. Visited mid afternoon and there were lots of spaces. Walked around after feeding our little one. The weather was great which really helped. Worked well for the convenience. Planting and trees around the car park could have been improved to make a more pleasant outdoors walking environment but all in all can't complain. Any other visit and I'd have been inside enjoying all the things on offer inside. Noticed to burger king and KFC were back open as usual which is great to see.

Pretty standard service area in the facilities offered. It is unusual in having the food court on the bridge which makes it a little less accessible to those with mobility issues. As seems the case in virtually every motorway service area, toilet cleanliness can sometimes leave a little to be desired. I'm not sure whether this is down to staffing, inadequate facilities or the uneven flow of customers (eg large numbers arriving together from coaches).

Clean and well laid out for the current Covid restrictions. Didn't stay long, but used the facilities and grabbed a bite to eat.

They charge 28 to park for HGVs with no security and very little lighting. To top it off have holes in the surface like this. They should change the name of the services to The Moon Motorway Services more appropriate. Plus the shower facilities are disgraceful as you can see on photo, shame.

Good services, obviously severely limited with Covid but in usual times, all you need is here. Often go to Starbucks and watch the traffic!Prefer an M and S to Waitrose though as all they seem to stock is loads of drinks but no food!!

Great people and quick servive, young lady who served me was learning how to issue lottery tickets, was kind and communicative, told her not to worry and take her time. She got there in the end and looks eager to learn, keep her on she'll do good.

Nice and clean. I visited the food court, which is on the bridge (cool!). Again, it's motorway services, there's not much to tell. If I had a complaint, it would be about the customers. That these people can't get the hang of walking on the ledt makes the fact that they're getting onto a motorway a scary prospect
