Didn't help me at all, Lying about sending my Disabled bus pass in a weeks time, and then said I can not have one. Absolutely unacceptable. Very mad !!!

How do you expect people to come to the city with very little or restricted parking. I attend 5 times a week to carry out works in various restaurants in the city and parking is a joke. But the vulture traffic wardens are hovering about ready to pounce and issue tickets.
