The service here is wonderful. The lady is always polite and helpful. It is not my nearest shop but I use it because of this. Very pleasant experience and I like going there.

Today I took a parcel to be returned and never used Hermes uk drop off before, so i asked the lovely gentlemen in there for help. He showed me step by step what to do and so very helpful and now i feel able to do it for future parcels i need to return. Also i won't be going anywhere else other than Mark convenience store.
