Promise next day delivery, allow you to book next day delivery but then send you an email after booking (and taking your money) saying they can't book next day delivery for you. False advertising! Nothing to state there is a cut off time for next day delivery. Send you emails with lame excuses like payments haven't been authorised when it has and delivery/billing address is different, when it isn't just as cope outs to not stick to there offer of next day delivery. Attract you in to spend money by offering a service they can not provide.

Fantastic service. Needed a replacement combi microwave to try & match existing oven that is 20 years old. Helpful advice from their customer service. Ordered on Friday evening & it was delivered to Manchester at 8.30am Sunday. Really pleased with product and price.

Craig D and Simon W delivered our cooker on time and were courteous, helpful and Covid safety conscious. They took our old cooker away, the whole process took a little over ten minutes. Thanks, great service and i love my new Smeg cooker!

Delivery was superb - my freezer arrived the next day, at the scheduled time, by two superb chaps. Unfortunately the freezer itself appeared to be a second which had been repaired - see photo. Also, where the repair had been carried out, one of the holes needed to reverse the door had been filled over. Marks Electrical asked me for photos, which I sent in. An hour later I called them to ask if they had looked at the photos; they told me they hadn't had a chance to view mine yet, even though they hadn't asked for my name or reference number so I'm not sure how they knew who I was. I was assured that they don't sell seconds or repairs; while I am not going to publicly doubt this, I can't see how this could possibly be the case given that the freezer had been damaged and consequently repaired. I am still waiting for Marks Electrical to review my photos, I will update this post accordingly should the situation improve. Edit: I got a full refund and the freezer was collected. The two stars in the review are purely down to the high quality of the delivery people.

Really impressed with company from ordering over the phone to delivery. Very helpful customer sales agent and the delivery men Dean and Keith were very courteous and friendly. They arrived on time too . I have already recommended Marks Electrical to our daughter and will definitely use them again
