I found this agency to have \favours\ when dealing with potential customers. I have made a booking for a property to view and received the confirmation by email, and being told that prior to the viewing I will be phoned to confirm I am attending. However, 30 minutes before the booking, I realised that no one called to confirm the viewing. When I phoned the Leicester branch, while my husband was on his way to the property, I was informed that there is NO booking at that time and that it was not possible for anyone else to be at the property to do the job. Obviously, I was not very impressed by their professionalism and I even said it. I was told that I don't have to be rude, which I don't think I was, because people are making arrangements to be attending and you discover that you're wasting time and money for nothing. In the end, after checking with a colleague, which should have happened from the beginning of the conversation, there WAS a viewing booked and decided to go to the property, although 25 minutes late. Again, possible because of our conversation there was very little enthusiasm in showing around the property and made us feel very uncomfortable being there. Even so, we have liked the property and we wanted to make an application but \surprisingly\ there was already an application made. Therefore, I understood that even when you're wrong and you are being told, you can take it very personally and instead of trying to make it better you 'punish' the person who had the courage to tell you. I hope that Mr Moore read this review and learn from it.

We rented from Moore and York about a year ago. Unlike other agencies we found them very responsive, they always dealt promptly with any issues we ever had and upon leaving we were given our full deposit without any sneaky charges as we often see with other agencies. I would certainly recommend them.
I agree with the previous comments- very unprofessional. Saying they will call you back and just disappearing!
Very professional, knowledgeable and committed staff who have years of experience and insight in the field of selling and letting properties and who are always willing to go above and beyond for their customers..
Very unprofessional especially the some of the senior people working from the sales team in the Leicester office. I bet some of them take back handers.
