Excellent service, knowledgeable and competent staff, very helpful and friendly. We use this shop for groceries and as a Hermes drop-off location. Love the opening hours and consistency in service. Thank you!

The attichude of the wife is appalling, she arrogant and very rude! On the other hand some of the prices are good for what u get but at the same time a few time the bread has been stale! I do still use this shop but for only certain items

I cannot thank the staff enough for all the help they have given me in delivering shopping at this time. Nothing is too much trouble,it's a god send for me as I'm disabled. Just wonderful ️

I have been in this Nisa a few times and on every occasion I was met with a hostile reception from the same female behind the counter. The husband however is a very nice man, pleasant, friendly and helpful, but the female who I take it to be his wife is a different kettle of fish altogether. I'm not the only person of Bame origin who has experienced this vibe. This has been mentioned to me by other Bame in the past. as a result I have never gone back into that shop again. The previous operator's made us feel welcome and had a welcoming smile on there faces. Every time I went in there since the existing operator's who now run the Nisa store I was watched with a very uncomfortable surveillance scrutiny to the point were I walked out of the Nisa village Store and it's been over a year now since I set foot in there. I would never set foot in that Nisa Village store again. It is far to hostile a shopping experience for my liking. Thankfully there is other store's in the Village who DO NOT make a person feel unwelcome when the Bame shoppers are making a shopping purchase that can only be best described as hostile territory Your offer of coffee has been declined. We have nothing to discuss. Until cultural awareness is in evidence.
