Just started clay pigeon shooting again after a 20 year break visited normanton shooting ground.spoke to Mick and jay who run the club. Jay took me around the ground showing me what was available.he was very friendly and professional. Ive been shooting her for the last few month’s enjoying each visit.recommend old and new shooters to give the ground a visit

Went here today with my son for a shooting experience. The weather was truly awful but the day was great fun. Very relaxed atmosphere and the instuctor ,Craig , was excellent. If you've never shot before then this is a great place for your first time.

A very chilled out set up, not as pretentious as some places. If it's your first time shooting you could do a lot worse than coming here. The food was not quite as the marketing suggested (and not really necessary), but the warmth and knowledge of the staff more than made up for it.
